Responsibilities
As an Analyst, I am responsible for tracking project documentation submitted by contractors, including payrolls, trust fund reports, and other labor compliance forms. I also monitor and analyze workforce payroll data to provide project-specific information requested by contractors. In addition, I conduct in-person site interviews at various construction sites to verify labor compliance requirements.
What do you enjoy about working at TSG and/or in your role?
What I appreciate most about working at TSG is the close-knit environment. As a small business, we have the opportunity to interact regularly, which creates a comfortable and collaborative workplace with strong team dynamics. TSG also aligns closely with my core values by promoting work-life balance, maintaining a family-oriented culture, and putting people first.
What I enjoy most about my role is its variety and flexibility. While I spend most of my time in the office, I also have the opportunity to visit construction sites and interact with contractors and workers, which keeps my work engaging and rewarding. I also find fulfillment in knowing that my work helps ensure workers on public works projects are paid the wages they are entitled to.
