Responsibilities
As an Analyst, I am responsible for auditing and tracking contractor document submittals for multiple projects to ensure contractor compliance on agency programs. My work is focused on tracking/reconciling contractor submittals and reviewing/auditing CPRs in support of the Compliance team.
What do you enjoy about working at TSG and/or in your role?
I enjoy learning the ins and outs of the construction industry, the importance of what we do, and the impact it has on workers, unions, etc. I love learning about new processes and systems, how/why they work and seeing where they can be improved upon.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Systems and Operations Management, California State University, Northridge
- 10 years of experience in customer service and client relationship management
- List of Clients/agencies-City of Alhambra, City of Anaheim, and San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments
