The Solís Group provides Project Labor Agreement services from negotiation of the initial agreement through project completion. We assist with labor relations and dispute resolution, targeted-worker jobs coordination and referrals, and prevailing wage compliance and labor code enforcement.

TSG also acts as Jobs Coordinator to help clients fulfill targeted-worker goals by connecting the right opportunities with the right workers. We understand the intricacies of the apprenticeship and referral process, and ensure there are no mistakes or excuses. We inform contractors of their need to use targeted workers, teach them the process for doing so, and ensure dispatch halls and apprentice programs have the right workers available.
