The Solis Group is one of the few firms with expertise in monitoring California’s unique Skilled & Trained Workforce requirements, which include over a dozen statutes governing the training and experience required for project craft labor. Each craft has its own requirements, which makes this a complex task, and there can be heavy penalties for non-compliance.

We help Agencies determine whether projects are subject to these requirements and if so, we work closely with the Agencies, general contractors, and subcontractors to ensure proper education and application. We then review monthly reports from each contractor to ensure they have the right mix of workers and assist if they are falling below the requirements.
