TSG Inclusivity Policy
Our inclusivity policies and procedures ensure our work environment reflects the diversity of the communities in which we work across all facets of our business, including recruiting, vendor selection, and subcontractor outreach and selection:
- Our hiring process incorporates platforms that target minorities, women, and seniors. We use multiple staff to interview candidates to eliminate any potential discrimination based on race, color, religion, age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, or military status.
- When selecting vendors, we place an emphasis on searching for minority-, women-, and disabled veteran-owned businesses. These businesses are added to the bidders list when we solicit competitive bids. Price alone is not the deciding factor for contract award.
- Through the work we do for our clients, we have developed an internal database of small and disadvantaged businesses. Solicitations of interest are sent to firms that perform the required services. Follow up is conducted with interested firms with the final selection based on compatibility, experience, capability, and price.
