Responsibilities
As a Senior Analyst at TSG, Mr. Hernandez works closely with project managers handling Compliance enforcement from pre-construction through closeout. He manages document collection, compliance education and enforcement, Targeted Worker and DBE Outreach, and contractor Pre-Qualification. He takes pride in identifying potential issues and working directly with agencies, unions, and contractors to resolve them at the lowest level possible.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, University of California, Los Angeles
- 11 years of regulatory compliance experience in banking, insurance, and construction
- Fluent in Spanish
