Responsibilities
As Vice President of Operations, I oversee the Operations department; managing all Project Managers, their training and coaching, and ensuring their success. I also manage my own projects – overseeing labor compliance, managing PLAs, and handling XBE and local hire programs. I handle client relations, all deliverables, and ensure the client is in compliance with all requirements and regulations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, California State University, San Diego
- Project Organization and Leadership certificate, CalTech Center for Education Management
- Expert at understanding and interpreting Project Labor Agreements previous experience working in litigation as a paralegal
