Responsibilities
Mr. Turner started at TSG in 2012 as a File Clerk and has since risen to the level of Vice President of Field Operations. He has extensive experience managing Project Labor Agreements, Labor Compliance, XBE Utilization and Goal-Setting, Local/Targeted Worker goals, and contractor Pre-Qualification. He especially enjoys working alongside contractors, unions, and other parties to explain project requirements, offer solutions to issues, and maintain compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, California State University, San Diego
- Project Organization and Leadership certificate, CalTech Center for Education Management
- Expert at understanding and interpreting Project Labor Agreements
