Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, Ms. Rich is responsible for coordination and completion of prevailing wage and PLA projects on time and within budget. This involves managing several moving parts simultaneously and communicating with a wide range of internal and external parties. Her stellar project execution is built on a foundation of expertise in local hire tracking and outreach, prevailing wage monitoring, certified payroll review, document tracking, site visits/interviews, and labor code enforcement.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of construction services experience in developing and implementing labor compliance programs for public agencies including school districts, community colleges, transit and transportation agencies, and water districts
  • LCP Tracker software
  • Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, The Art Institute of California
