Responsibilities
My primary role involves visiting construction sites and interviewing workers to ensure contractors and project owners are compliant with prevailing wage regulations. I track and report on issues that are uncovered and work to resolve them at the lowest level. Additionally, I am responsible for coordinating field interview visits for our staff and maintaining safety certifications necessary to conduct site visits.
What do you enjoy about working at TSG and/or in your role?
The opportunity of having direct contact with workers and contractors in the construction industry and being able to address and educate any labor compliance issues they may be faced with is very rewarding.
Qualifications
- Major experience in the Hospitality industry for world-renowned brands
- Fluency in English & Spanish
