Responsibilities
As HR/Administration Manager, my major responsibilities involve the management of all employee documentation and paperwork, including onboarding and benefits enrollment. I handle all business licenses and certifications, as well as all other documentation to ensure TSG is compliant with government regulations. Additionally, I am a member of TSG’s social media team, where I manage content creation and growing our online footprint.
What do you enjoy about working at TSG and/or in your role?
I get to interact with all employees and find it gratifying to help them.
Qualifications
- B.A. in International Studies Economics from UC San Diego
- International Studies-Economics Master’s Degree in Business Administration
- Certified Visual Assistant Certified Travel Agent
Fun Fact
I lived in Mexico for three years where I owned a small business in the school, office, and party supplies industry. Currently, I have taken interest in UGC creation as a side hobby.
