Responsibilities
As TSG’s Chief Operating Officer, I oversee all administrative and financial functions of the firm. I am responsible for implementing systems that allow TSG to function as efficiently as possible, enhance the company’s technical practice, and develop the skills of company staff. One of my primary initiatives has been the implementation of a customized internal database to provide many of the functions of an ERP system at virtually no cost.
What do you enjoy about working at TSG and/or in your role?
The thing I love most about my role is that I get to interact and work with everyone at the firm in some capacity. The variety and opportunity to connect with our entire staff keeps me engaged every single day.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, California State University, Northridge
- Has filled a variety of management roles in multiple industries during his 25-year career, including previous experience as a business owner
