Responsibilities
As an Analyst 1, I am responsible for carefully tracking and auditing labor compliance documents. My record-keeping and reporting skills provide valuable insights and recommendations to enhance compliance processes for both TSG and clients. My attention to detail and analytical skills help mitigate legal risk and maintain equitable labor practices.
What do you enjoy about working at TSG and/or in your role?
The aspect of my job that I love the most is the ability to make a positive impact by ensuring that contractors comply with labor laws and regulations. This not only safeguards the rights of construction workers but also ensures that construction projects are completed on time for public use. Additionally, I appreciate the effort TSG takes to foster a close-knit, family-like work environment that supports and encourages the growth of its employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in history, Minor in Political Science, from California State University, Long Beach
- Associate degree in Ethnic Studies from El Camino College
- I have been in various roles that have aimed to guide underrepresented individuals towards fair and equal opportunities.

I enjoy creating pop art and cartoons using various mediums, but I have a special fondness for working with acrylic paint.
