Responsibilities
My role is to create value for TSG by nurturing business relationships and discovering opportunities for teaming. My role includes driving strategy to identify prospects and determining areas for TSG to expand our services. A unique aspect of my role is utilizing my 10+ years of experience in Operations to be able to better understand a client’s needs and recommend where clients need our services most .
What do you enjoy about working at TSG and/or in your role?
My role requires some “detective work” to discover opportunities. The act of gathering information related to chasing an opportunity can feel like I’m tracking down a bad guy.

- Accounting studies, Pasadena City College
- Project Organization and Leadership, Cal Tech Center for Management Education
- 10+ years Operations experience at TSG-Fluent in Spanish
Fun Fact
I have a fear of heights and am constantly attempting to challenge it. Several years ago I set out to hike to the top of Half-Dome, a 14-mile hike to the top of a rock formation in Yosemite National Park. I did the hike which was its own challenge, but didn’t quite make it to the top (the fear beat me!) and got as high as Sub-Dome just before the summit. I haven’t given up though, and I plan on completing this challenge next year in 2025!
