Responsibilities
I am the CEO and Owner of The Solis Group (TSG). My role/responsibility it’s to lead my team through new challenges and exciting opportunities. Additionally, I must be a coach, mentor, and cheerleader to every one of my employees, so they feel supported and heard through this new growth phase at TSG!
What do you enjoy about working at TSG and/or in your role?
I love getting to meet all the new people who have entered this industry; people who want to make a difference like I do. I want to leave each of my clients even better than when we were first hired. I also enjoy all the people employees that we’ve recently brought on!
Qualifications
- 30 years of industry experience
- 2019 graduate of the Leadership APTA program
- Graduate of Stanford Graduate School of Business – Latino Entrepreneurship Initiative program
- The Latino Entrepreneurship program at Stanford University helped shape the leader, coach, mentor and business owner I needed to be for my staff and The Solis Group
