Responsibilities
As an Analyst, I am responsible for monitoring prevailing wage, reviewing compliance documents, and providing monthly reports that reflect the status of our projects. I ensure agencies comply with their PLA/CWA/CBA by providing reports, hosting meetings, and being transparent with expectations. I am also trained to visit jobsites for LA Metro and Metrolink, providing backup to ensure we interview construction workers periodically as required.
What do you enjoy about working at TSG and/or in your role?
I enjoy interviewing workers on-site because it provides us with an opportunity to add a story and face to each payroll entry that we audit.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, California State University, Los Angeles
- Experience canvassing for political campaigns
- Fluent in Spanish
