Responsibilities
As the CEO’s Executive Assistant, I manage a wide range of executive support, personal, and administrative tasks. I optimize the CEO’s schedule, coordinate high-level meetings, and facilitate organizational communication. My role involves strategic planning, project management, and organizing company-wide events that foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications
- Extensive experience working with financial companies, including investment management firms, mutual fund companies, and trust companies.
- This is my first role in this industry, bringing a fresh perspective and diverse skill set to the team.
