Responsibilities
Alan is currently the Lead Scheduler for DART’s $2 billion capital program, which includes the Cotton Belt “Silver Line” Corridor Regional Rail (CBRR) Project is a 26-mile passenger rail alignment extending from Terminal B at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport eastward to Shiloh Road in Plano, Texas connecting with the existing Dallas Area Rapid Transit Lines. The Project traverses through three Counties in Texas: Tarrant, Dallas, and Collin; and seven cities: Grapevine, Coppell, Dallas, Carrollton, Addison, Richardson, and Plano. Additionally, multiple ongoing construction, signaling, platform raising, and communication systems projects.
Qualifications
• Over 35 years of experience and proven capability in Project Controls, to include scheduling expertise in the development and maintenance, of detailed project Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) schedules.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Programs
• Industry experience includes Fossil Power, Chemical, Refinery, Pulp & Paper, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Mining and Light Passenger Rail
