Responsibilities
As a Project Manager at TSG, I work closely with clients administering Project Labor Agreements and prevailing wage and labor compliance monitoring, from pre-construction through project closeout. With my team, I manage document collection, compliance education and enforcement, Targeted Worker and DBE Outreach, and contractor pre-qualification.
What do you enjoy about working at TSG and/or in your role?
I take pride working directly with agencies, unions, and contractors to resolve matters at the lowest level possible.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, University of California, Los Angeles
- 13+ years of regulatory compliance experience in banking, insurance, and construction
- Bilingual in Spanish
