Aaliyah has been an essential part of the operations department for many years and over time has begun playing a larger role in our social media efforts. Her dedication, creativity, and initiative have made a significant impact, and we are proud to see her step into this expanded leadership role. In her new position, Aaliyah will be leading the social media team while continuing to contribute her analytical expertise. Gonzalo’s journey at The Solis Group began in 2014 as a Temporary Accounting Assistant, and his rise through the ranks is a testament to his hard work, dedication, and exceptional capabilities.
In his new role, Gonzalo leads the strategy behind identifying growth opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding TSG’s service offerings. With over a decade of experience in Operations, he brings a unique perspective to business development—deeply understanding client needs and aligning them with the value TSG delivers.
Congratulations to Issac Hernandez on his well-deserved promotion to: Project Manager 2!
Since joining The Solis Group in 2019, Issac has steadily advanced through dedication, leadership, and a deep understanding of labor compliance and project administration.
He plays a key role in managing Project Labor Agreements and prevailing wage compliance from pre-construction through project closeout. With his team, Issac oversees compliance education, enforcement, document collection, Targeted Worker and DBE outreach, and contractor pre-qualification—continuing to make a strong impact across our projects
