During the second week of September 2026, The Solís Group traveled to Columbus, Ohio, for the Latinos in Transit (L.I.T.) Leadership Summit Annual Conference.
L.I.T. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing leadership, training, and workforce development in the public transportation industry, a mission that is especially close to the heart of our CEO, Elizabeth Solís-Campana, and the entire TSG “Familia.”
This connection runs deep as our founder, Terry Solis, was one of the pioneers who helped lay the foundation for this incredible organization. This year was particularly meaningful as L.I.T. celebrated its 10-year anniversary and the tremendous growth of its community and impact.
The Solís Group was honored to sponsor a session featuring our CEO, Elizabeth Solís-Campana, as the guest speaker. Elizabeth shared an authentic and insightful conversation about what it means to be a CEO in today’s public transportation industry — the challenges, opportunities, responsibilities, and the importance of leading with purpose.
The conversation was moderated by our dear friend, Flora M. Castillo, making the session even more meaningful.
