XBE Program Management

TSG provides end-to-end XBE Program Management services, including:

• DBE Goal Setting

• XBE Identification and Outreach

• Mentor-Protégé Management, including Plan Drafting, Pairing, Training, and Workshops

• Marketing, Information Gathering, and Dissemination

• Assistance with Goal Attainment and Reporting

We develop, implement, and monitor XBE Outreach Programs for both agency and private sector clients, ensuring race- and gender-neutral contractor participation on public works projects. We design workshops, focus groups, and marketing initiatives to let small and disadvantaged businesses know about new opportunities, and certify those who want to be involved. We also monitor projects during construction to ensure participation goals are met.
