Harbor-UCLA Medical Center Replacement Program

TSG has partnered with general contractor Hensel-Phelps to work on the 1.7 billion, 4-year medical center replacement project. The project consists of 6 new buildings (including a parking lot). TSG is managing several of Hensel-Phelps contractual requirements including labor compliance, apprentice hire, local hire, targeted worker hire, community outreach and XBE requirements. Together with its client, TSG has developed and put together an internal team to implement an actionable plan for meeting each requirement.
