TSG is currently providing labor compliance monitoring services for LA Metro on the Purple Line Extension 2 Project. The Project is a $1.37B extension of the D Line including 2.6 miles of underground track and 2 new stations. TSG works closely with Metro staff and Tutor Perini/O&G JV (the prime contractor) to ensure compliance with Federal Davis Bacon, State Prevailing wage, and LA Metro’s own labor compliance program. TSG regularly assists contractors with navigating regulations and utilizing LCP Tracker, the online software used to collect Certified Payroll. TSG also conducts weekly site visits and speaks with workers directly to answer their questions and advocate for correct payment of prevailing wage.
