As the CWA was the District’s first union labor agreement, there was a learning curve for staff regarding the contractor/union assignment process and labor disputes. TSG has coordinated a number of small training sessions to further educate staff on what to look for and the general process of unionizing projects, giving them a level of comfort with something that was previously unfamiliar and daunting.
