SANDAG Mid Coast Transit Corridor

TSG fills two roles for the JV on this $1.7 billion project constructed using a CM/GC model, serving as Labor Compliance Officer and managing Document Control. As Labor Compliance Officer, we ensure the JV remains in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations including the California Labor Code and federal Davis-Bacon Act. Certified payroll records are submitted through LCP Tracker by all subcontractors and approved by TSG. We also onboard new subs to the system, which includes both upfront training and ongoing communication to ensure a consistent flow of accurate submittals. We meet monthly with SANDAG to provide status reports and identify potential issues so they don’t turn into more serious violations.

Our staff also manages Document Control for the JV using their Prolog system, processing all plans, specs, submittals, RFIs, and change orders. We also lead training sessions for new users, helping the team maintain a system that is always audit-ready.
