This assignment has showcased our ability to adapt. After some difficulties on the first project, TSG worked to strengthen cooperation among contractors, unions, CMs, and the District by stepping up communication and reiterating our message at regular JAC meetings. We also improved the procedures for identifying and dispatching local workers. The combined measures have led to an increase in local hire numbers on subsequent projects.
