Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) I-405 Project

TSG is overseeing the joint venture’s compliance with OCTA’s SBE/DBE Program to ensure all goals are met. There are unique challenges with this project in that outreach efforts need to be coordinated to target all six project area municipalities. We also supported the team during the pre-bid phase, planning and hosting two outreach events and performing a review of the SB Performance Plan included in the proposal. In addition, we oversaw efforts to attract potential DBE/SBE subcontractors and tracked, recorded, and reported all activities to comply with the required good faith efforts.
