TSG has made a concerted effort to publicize the District’s pre-apprenticeship Career Technical Education program within the contractor community, creating a smoother path for graduates to enter the trades. We invite program representatives to present at every pre-construction meeting, where they educate contractors and build connections that ensure a consistent flow of workers from the program to the workforce. As a result, Targeted Worker utilization has increased with each successive project undertaken by the District.
