CRA/LA – Multi-Program Portfolio

TSG provided retroactive and ongoing labor compliance, PLA administration, and local-hire program services for a portfolio consisting of approximately 20 projects valued at $800 million, including the world-renowned Broad Museum. We were responsible for contractor education and support as well as facilitating cooperation between labor unions and management. TSG monitored and audited all contractor submittal documents and managed any discrepancies. On several CRA/LA projects, the contractors were not familiar with the site interview process and were unhappy about staff interacting with their workers. TSG met with Project Managers to explain the process to the team onsite and interviews were performed without issue after that.
