TSG is providing Community Workforce Agreement (CWA) Administration, Local Hire, and Labor Compliance Monitoring services for the City of Anaheim Public Works Capital Improvement Program. TSG works closely with City staff on a portfolio of projects, coordinating the CWA’s innovative workforce development and employment programs in addition to handling all Labor Compliance matters from pre-construction through close out.
