In July, The Solis Group’s project managers convened in Las Vegas for an intensive multi-day retreat dedicated to enhancing project management leadership, development, and client success. This retreat provided a platform for TSG’s project managers to engage in Master Class sessions, explore best practices, strategize, and focus on leadership growth. Additionally, participants had the opportunity to engage in insightful discussions with TSG’s CEO, Elizabeth Solis-Campana. The retreat equipped our project managers with new tools and strategies, empowering them to effectively lead their teams and drive project success.
