In November 2024 our client Hensel Phelps hosted a WINTER cohort job site visit. The ladies from WINTER had the opportunity to speak and network with Hensel Phelps superintendents and foremen from some of the biggest trades on the job. Following the networking event, the WINTER class had the opportunity to tour the Outpatient Tower construction site, they walked from the roof to the ground seeing the various trades at work while Hensel Phelps superintendents talked about all the equipment and various trades that were working together to construct the massive hospital building.
