City of Santa Barbara’s Central Library Renovation
City of Santa Barbara
TSG provided prevailing wage enforcement and Community Workforce Agreement (CWA) services on behalf of the City of Santa Barbara. This project consisted of their Central Library in downtown Santa Barbara being outfitted with a new, state of the art, ADA-accessible elevator, which will be in the center of the building. This will allow for better access to those with mobility challenges, and it will also be a beautiful, modern structure with glass elements.
They also renovated their library’s plaza, significantly increasing the programmable space, allowing for Library resources and events to be brough outdoors. This renovation held a $9.3 M construction value.
