Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART)

TSG provides Program Scheduling, Change Control Management, and Special Project Management in support of prime contractor Hill International for the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) capital program. The program currently includes the $149 million Red and Blue Line Platform Extensions project and the $1.1 billion Cotton Belt extension, which will connect DFW Airport with nearby Plano, TX and points in between. TSG is a vital part of the overall Project Controls team, providing schedule updates to program stakeholders and presenting information during status meetings with DART management. This includes suggestions for schedule recovery based on our extensive experience working on similar programs. We also review all change order requests and prepare the information necessary for discussion at all DART Change Control Board hearings. TSG efforts helped contribute directly to the on-time opening of the Dallas Streetcar, a 1.6-mile dedicated streetcar track providing a link between the Oak Cliff section of Dallas and Union Station.
