Responsibilities
Mr. Black is a Senior Change Management Representative for TSG supporting Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART). He is responsible for reviewing all change requests submitted by contractors on projects falling under the DART Capital Program, performing quality checks and preparing them for hearing before the DART Change Control Board or Design Control Board as appropriate. Mr. Black coordinates all Control Board meetings, documenting outcomes and other items discussed.
Qualifications
- 40+ years’ construction experience including four separate DART assignments; 8 years’ Change Control experience at DART
- Primavera Expedition/Contract Manager
- U.S. Army Corps of Engineers certified in Construction Quality Management
