Responsibilities
Mr. Tapley has enjoyed a long and exciting career, working on several high-profile megaprojects including the Channel Tunnel Rail Link from design through closeout. He is currently the Lead scheduler for DART’s $2 billion capital program, which includes dozens of ongoing construction, signaling, catenary, and communication systems projects.

- Over 40 years of experience in Project Controls, including Scheduling, Planning, and QRA Program Risk Management
