This summer TSG was happy to host our 2022 interns, Mia Pavon and Adam Pavon. Mia will be a junior at the University of Redlands this coming semester. Adam Pavon will be a senior in high school this year hoping to study business in college. Adam told us, “I want to get a head start on experiencing work in the office, working with people. I feel that this experience will give me an edge over people my age who have not had this opportunity”. Both Mia and Adam worked with our team analyzing CPRs and contractor submittals. Everyone here at TSG appreciates the great work and wishes the best for Mia and Adam in their bright futures.
