SBE / DBE Outreach & Monitoring

TSG provides a number of SBE/DBE Outreach services, including:

• Small Business Identification and Outreach
• Mentor-Protégé Management, including Plan Drafting, Pairing, Training, and Workshops
• Marketing, Information Gathering, and Dissemination
• DBE Goal Setting

We develop, implement, and monitor Small Business Outreach Programs for both agency and private sector clients, ensuring race- and gender-neutral contractor participation on public works projects. We design workshops, focus groups, and marketing initiatives to let small and disadvantaged businesses know about new opportunities, and certify those who want to be involved. We also monitor projects during construction to ensure participation goals are met.
