$500 million Bond Construction and Modernization Program
TSG was selected to implement the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR)-approved Labor Compliance Program (LCP) for the District’s facilities bond construction and modernization program. Our responsibilities included advising contractors of labor compliance requirements and reviewing contractor submittals, including Certified Payroll Records (CPRs), statements of compliance, fringe benefit statements, and employer contributions. We also performed jobsite inspections and worker interviews, providing another layer of audit for the District. In the rare instances when issues arose between contractors and the unions, TSG provided grievance resolution in coordination with District staff and enforcement agencies.
