$67 million Prop 47 Facilities Bond Program
TSG provided Santa Barbara Unified School District with Labor Compliance implementation and administrative services for their facilities bond construction and modernization program. Our staff was responsible for reviewing contractor submittals, including Certified Payroll Records (CPRs), statements of compliance, fringe benefit statements, and employer contributions for compliance with the California Labor Code. We supplemented these efforts by conducting random CPR audits and job site inspections/employee interviews. TSG also provided assistance to contractors relative to labor compliance requirements, and coordinated with adjudicating and enforcement agencies on behalf of the District when formal disputes arose.
