MacArthur Branch Library and Fire Station 12
TSG provided labor compliance monitoring and enforcement services, as well as Section 3 program administration/compliance services on the MacArthur Branch Library and Fire Station 12 projects in the City of Long Beach. Our services included reviewing certified payroll records, statements of compliance, fringe benefit reports, and other employer contribution reports. We also conducted CPR audits and jobsite inspections, interviewed workers at the job site, prepared audit and investigation reports, and coordinated with adjudicating and enforcement agencies on behalf of the City. TSG also conducted training meetings, issued requests for delinquent documentation based on audit results, provided compliance assistance to contractors, and submitted monthly progress reports to the client.
