Facilities Bond Construction and Modernization Program
TSG provided the District with full labor compliance monitoring and enforcement services for this 10-site program. These services included audits of Certified Payroll Records (CPRs) and supporting documents to ensure all prime and subcontractors were in compliance with the California Labor Code and applicable prevailing wage regulations. Our staff ensured all CPRs were submitted on a timely basis, free of errors and inconsistencies, and identified missing documents and underpayments. We also investigated worker complaints and other prevailing wage issues, communicating with contractors as appropriate to resolve any issues. Lastly, TSG submitted all required Labor Compliance Program (LCP) reports to the Department of Industrial Regulations (DIR) on behalf of the District.
