We develop procurement packages, RFPs, IFBs, and special provisions for design, construction, equipment, and materials agreements, and administer the resulting contracts. We manage these contracts and associated change orders under a variety of agency methodologies, including FTA, FRA, FAA and FAR.

TSG also provides third party coordination services on large-scale infrastructure projects, acting as a liaison between our clients and utility agencies. We fill project- and program-level scheduling roles, ensuring accurate milestone payments to contractors and avoiding claims. As document control experts, we facilitate document flow and communication between contractors and construction management teams on a variety of projects.
